Help-Nancy-Find-A-New-Loft-Contest Starts Now!!

Yes. It's true. I need to find a NEW LOFT. My landlord is moving back in. So instead of jumping from my current loft window in despair, I've decided to make finding my new downtown loft an adventure. And I thought a contest would be a fun way for you to help me and win something to. 

I need to move out of my current loft by April 19. I'm looking for a NEW LOFT to live/work in that is bright, with a good view, with one parking space included in the same building (not a block away). I'd like to pay about $1500, but I'm flexible for the right place. NO ROOMMATES.

If you help me find a loft in downtown Los Angeles and I SIGN A LEASE (1 year or more) before April 1, because of your suggestion/lead/referral, you will win the following:
